At HPC, worship music is a blend of traditional and contemporary styles, with new and old hymns, choir and bell anthems, praise songs, and instrumentalists of many kinds participating. Children are always welcome! After the Children's Message, child care is provided for children through kindergarten age.
For five Sundays beginning March 9, Pastor Mike will preach from Eugene Peterson's book, "Where Your Treasure Is: Psalms That Summon You From Self to Community."

WED., March 5, 7:30 pm - Community Ash Wednesday service including a special presentation from Paul Cruz of Chosen People Ministries
SAT., March 8, 9:00 am-2:30 pm - Leadership Retreat. "Missional Renaissance: Changing the Scorecard for the Church." We will be engaging three shifts in church thinking: (1) from an internal to an external focus, (2) from program development to people development, and (3) from church-based to Kingdom-based leadership.
SAT., March 15, 8:30 am - HPC Work Day. Come spend the morning helping with indoor jobs from our "Honey Do" list. Coffee and donuts provided! Call 466-3609 or the church office with questions.
SAT., March 29, CommUNITY Connections. A special time to celebrate two-way connections between HPC and its community by welcoming everyone to the renovated facility. 5:30-7:00 pm OPEN HOUSE - See demos and displays by community groups and find out about volunteer opportunities. Meet people who share your interests and enjoy good food! 7:00 pm COMMUNITY CONCERT & VARIETY SHOW - with performances from HPC choirs, Hopewell Valley Children's Theater, Scouts, and more.

A new Lenten Bible
