Mission: The Church Life Ministry seeks to provide opportunities for fun and fellowship. It is our hope that in providing these events, which are open to the community, we will encourage others to get to know and perhaps become a part of our church family.
The Church Life Ministry is looking for individuals to help coordinate the planning and publicizing of church-wide events. In May we meet with church staff and leaders to plan the calendar for the upcoming academic year. Generally we meet monthly to fine tune plans for upcoming events.
Mission: Donations and proceeds from refreshment sales on Family Movie Nights have enabled us to raise nearly $2000 for Heifer International. This spring we will collect canned goods for the Hopewell Council of Churches Food Pantry.

- • Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper: - Tuesday, February 5 @ 6:00 pm in Fellowship Hall.
- • Community Supper:– Wednesday, February 13 @ 6:30 pm in Fellowship Hall followed by the Ecumenical Lenten Service in the sanctuary. All are invited to share in this time of fellowship preceding worship.
- • Family Movie Night: – Saturday, March 8 @ 7:00 pm. Price of admission is a canned/dry good for the Council of Churches Food Pantry. The feature presentation will be announced SOON!
- • Easter Breakfast:– Sunday, March 23 @ 7:00 am. Wake up and worship Easter Sunday at the 6:00 ecumenical sunrise service in Highland Cemetery. Then join us in Fellowship Hall for a warm breakfast.
- • Women’s Retreat:- Friday, March 28 through Sunday, March 30 at Spruce Lake Retreat Center
